The Primary responsibilities of the Domestic Relations Section are:
  • Establish paternity for children born out-of-wedlock.
  • Establish appropriate support obligations using the Pennsylvania Statutes and Rules of Court.
  • Locate absent parents.
  • Monitor and enforce those support obligations by applying the law appropriately and using the Pennsylvania Child Support Enforcement System.
